Nilasing na Hipon
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fresh small shrimps live ones are best
1/2 tsp. black pepper ground
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pcs. hot chili peppers
1 cup gin
1 cup sprite
2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp seafood seasoning powder
oil for frying
Preparation:
Wash shrimps and drain in paper towels, Marinate shrimps in pepper, salt, chili, gin and sprite for 4 to 5 hrs. (it will turn into red ) Drain well. Roll shrimps in flour & seasoning till well coated. deep fry & drain in paper towels. Serve hot with mayonnaise or with dip with combination of vinegar cane, garlic mince, shallots minces, li'l sugar, salt & pepper.
