Nachos
Ingredients:
1 pack tortilla corn chips
1/2 cup cheese, melted (or store bought cheese sauce)
1 tbsp jalapeno, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped (salsa)
1 tbsp onions, finely chopped
Preparations:
Place the nachos in a serving serving plate or basket. Top with the
melted cheese. Sprinkle with jalapeno and onions. Top with tomato salsa.
Nachos are great especially on unexpected guests.
